SOURCES OF DISTRIBUTIONAL DATA

The maps draw on data from the sources listed below. The sources are basically listed in alphabetical order, by the name of the author, donor, or organization concerned. All herbarium databases that we have drawn on are listed as "Herbarium: Code(s)", the codes being those listed in Index Herbariorum.

All the data used were made available to us free of charge despite the considerable investment of resources they represent. We are profoundly grateful to all the individuals and organizations that have been so generous with the results of their labor.
