I am making them available here, with permission of the copyright holders, to save others the time and trouble of obtaining translation. Please note that the translations were prepared for my personal use, and that I have sometimes modifiedthem so that they read better in English. Despite this, they are not, and will not be, polished trasnlations because producing polished translations would require too much time and effort. .
